Always returning here. Staff helped with suitcases first time and remembered. Perfect place for holiday, has everything I need - Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and more. No regrets.

During my stay at Grand Hotel Minerva Resort & Spa, I was impressed with the provided database. It was comprehensive and easy to navigate, making it simple to find information about the hotel's amenities and services. the database included detailed descriptions of nearby attractions and activities, helping me plan my sightseeing adventures in Baile Herculane.
There was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. I had hoped to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains while sipping my morning coffee, but without a place to sit, I was unable to fully utilize this space.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were impressive, including saunas, pools, and a spacious restaurant. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with various options. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery.
All was perfect.

The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The spa facilities were clean and modern. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of items available.
The outdoor facilities were limited and not enough for a 4-star hotel, and the noise from the surroundings made it difficult to enjoy the balcony. The dinner buffet was not worth the cost, with a very poor selection of food.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Christmas markets and the beautiful scenery in the area. I also appreciated the delicious hot chocolate served in the lounge.
I was disappointed with the breakfast selection as it lacked variety and freshness. there was no complimentary water in the room which was a bit inconvenient.

There were so many fun activities and games organized by the awesome animators. We joined the children's club and played interactive games, watched cool kids movies, and even played on the play-station and Xbox console. It was so much fun, we didn't want to leave!
The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-goers. The hotel had great activities for families and kids, but we would have loved to have a dedicated space or organized parties for teenagers to dance and have a blast together.

The hotel's facilities were average at best. While the coffee was okay, the breakfast and room services were less than desirable. the location seemed nice but was tarnished by the pollution and messy town. One guest's bathroom even flooded, revealing cheap furniture. Staff wasn't always responsive to complaints.
The hotel's level of cleanliness was below average, with guests having little to no room services, and dirty bathrooms.

The children's club was a hit with our kids, with interactive games, toys, and even play-station and Xbox consoles. The professional animators kept the children entertained while my wife and I enjoyed some much-needed relaxation at the spa. The hotel's location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
My wife says that the children's club could have been located closer to the restaurant and terrace area for easier supervision.
